Life's a Beach

What a great week of unwinding! The house was beautiful and felt so secluded by dunes. Our family loved the property and how it was set away from the road. Quiet paradise!

This is my go to beach destination. This house is perfectly located and has all the amenities one could ask for- the beach is steps away and has never been crowded when I’ve been there. It’s a great walking beach with some of the best sunsets you could ask for. The house is beautiful and has anything you want or need! Including an elevator to easily move your bags to the upper floors. There are great restaurants a short walk and the state park walking trail is also a short walk. I absolutely love this place and come here every year for vacation.

We stayed for 3 nights. The house was quite pretty, and its location offered both great convenience and privacy. However, upon our arrival, we discovered the house was not clean. There were two full trash cans left by the previous guests, and the basement bathroom still had a lot of hair on the drain. Additionally, the bedroom in the basement had hairs on the pillow. The smell downstairs was not pleasant, the dishwasher still contained food, and the kitchen had not been cleaned. We had to spend about an hour cleaning the space ourselves. I'm not sure if the cleaning company inspected the house after they finished cleaning.

I would have given the overall experience 3 stars, but the people in the property management company went above and beyond to address our concerns. They were super awesome and professional, which made up for the other negative experiences we had. Thank you so much to Mary and Barbie – you both are amazing!

What a beautiful house! The kitchen and living room area is so spacious and has amazing natural light. Each of the bedrooms is cozy and secluded enough that multiple groups can have their own space. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. Overall, it was a perfect getaway with private beach access and we will surely be back! 100% recommend!

Our family really enjoyed the wonderful house and the relaxation that Cape San Blas has to offer. From the moment we drove up the long palm tree lined driveway, we realized that this house was unique in its great location and quiet setting. The house was spacious and open. We loved the deck walkway access to the beach and being able to view the sunset and sunrise from different points in the house. It was great to be close to the state park entrance which was right up the road. We have had many family beach vacations. But, this one stood out from the rest.
