After Dune Delight

The unit was clean, well equipped, and beds were the most comfortable we have had in years. Our family is growing and needed more room with everyone having their own bathroom which made this unit ideal. The elevator worked perfectly and was a deal breaker with the kitchen and living area being on the top floor.

We stayed at After Dune Delight for the 4th time and as usual it did not disappoint. Cape San Blas is one of favorite destinations and dealing with Coastal Joe Rental Company is always a pleasure.

We had a wonderful time staying at After Dune Delight. Everything was spotless and all of the necessary things were there waiting for us.

We had a very nice stay! Comfortable beds and very clean throughout. The living room furniture, kitchen table, & kitchen bakeware/cookware could use some updating, but overall met our basic needs. We have grown to really love staying at Sea Cliffs!

Very clean home, great atmosphere, nice pool, and good views of the gulf. Elevator was super helpful with 3 flights of stairs. Nice job on the remodel. Beaches were clean. White sands, clear water, and great weather. Our family had a fantastic stay.

Everything was fine except the internet. It kept going in and out. Very frustrating. Unreliable

We had a great experience -- and more than once across the week were continually impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Too often you feel the need to bring your own kitchen tools/stuff and this spot had it all!

We had a great time, all 4 couples, staying in After Dune Delight. Each couple had their own room and private bath, which was perfect. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the scatter rugs and bedspreads needed a good cleaning!! The decor was lovely but we really needed 2 extra chairs at the dining table. It seems strange that a unit for 11people would only have 6 chairs at the main table, but there were bar stools at the counter so we just used them . And while the unit had an elevator, which we very much appreciated since it was 4 stories, it was not only faulty (the 4th floor outer door needs to be SLAMMED shut for it to engage) but also inconvenient that it opened into private bedrooms instead of in a hallway. We made the best of it and got our daily steps in lol. The downstairs fridge/freezer was wonderful since we were able to fill our cooler there and take to beach. Unfortunately, there isn’t a ramp to the beach, only stairs, which made hauling the buggy rather difficult. Thankfully, we had enough strong me to carry them down to the beach.

This was our second family trip to Cape San Blas and After Dune Delight. Our family loves this area and this house. It is Great location and accommodates our family perfectly. We actually requested this property for our trip due to the good experience on our first trip. Coastal Joe is very helpful and easy to work with. The rental process is great and they are always willing to help and answer any questions. We will be back and hope to stay at the same property on our next stay. On behalf of our family thanks again for a wonderful vacation.

This was our second time staying at After Dune Delight and everything was wonderful. The home is well appointed, and the kitchen is stocked with everything a cook needs. We love this property because of easy access to the pool and the beach.

Hadn’t worked with Costal Joe team before, but they were excellent! Plan to use them again as we return next year.

Beautiful condo furnished with everything you need. Great view, comfortable beds and furniture. Coastal Joe is the absolute best rental company you will ever expierence!

Our Family stayed at After Dune Delight. We had 7 adults and 5 children ages 2-11. The location was great with short walks to pool and beach. The kids loved the location, the pool and the easy walk to the beach. The beach area was great. The house was great and having the elevator was definitely a plus. Everyone at Costal Joe was very helpful and the experience was great. Thanks for a great vacation.

We were pleasantly surprised with our first family vacation to Cape San Blas! After Dune Delight had it all - close proximity to the beach, a pool, and plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen was VERY well stocked for cooking for a large crowd. And the 2nd fridge in the laundry area was a huge plus, as well. It was also our first time working with the property manager (Coastal Joe)- everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. We are already planning our next trip!

We had a family reunion there and rented 2 units. It had everything we needed. Will definitely go back again.

The unit was just as described online. Plenty of room for all 9 of us. Kitchen very well stocked. Decorated nicely. It was very clean. Loved the utility room with washer/dryer. Beach was beautiful. The only suggestion is a second router is needed for wifi to reach to all bedrooms. It was spotty on the 2nd floor and it also went off quite a few times and we had to restart it.

We had a wonderful time on Cape San Blas. The beach was perfect for our grandchildren. After Dune Delight was the perfect home away from home. The townhouse was clean and the kitchen was stocked perfectly for our family of 11. We will definitely be back.

We have been renting through Coastal Joe for at least the past 5 years. Everyone is friendly and very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Coastal Joe to anyone who is unsure of which company to rent through

Fun Times!!!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was very enjoyable. The only issue was the elevators opening into bedrooms which made it unavailable when little ones were napping or gone to bed early at night. Overall it was most enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time at CBS and our condo was beautiful! After staying at Seacliffs on our vacation for several years, this is one of our favorite condos. We will be back next year, hopefully able to get this condo again! Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely home!

Everything about this unit was as described. We took our grandchildren here for their first ever visit to the "Ocean". Everything from check-in (afterhours) to check-out, was easy as pie. While I tried to use the stairs (for exercise) the elevator was wonderful for hauling everything to the top floor and for our handicap son. Other than a few things that should have been fixed, everything was great. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

From booking the date to making payments, the experience couldn't have been easier. We used to vacation with RCI and would find most of their properties were lacking in household items, so we definitely overpacked. The unit at After Dune Delight was equipped with everything we needed and the kitchen had appliances you never see in most rentals. My only negative take on the week was our idiot "neighbors" who apparently couldn't read the numerous posted signs of "State Law - Keep OFF the Dunes!" We even saw people taking professional portraits ON the dunes! We can't wait to go back!!

Vacation rental experience was great.

House was great! Coastal Joe employees top notch, very friendly and helpful. House could use some new furniture, but other than that, great place to stay!

This condo came with every amenity we could ask for as guest. I love the community of people, it is just extended family. We can't wait to come back next year to our favorite place on the Cape. Loves...

it was great but the stormy weather ruined it, but watching the angry sea was interesting. we still had fun and looking forward to next year.

We were very pleased with Unit 55. We enjoyed the pool -- not too busy, though not a ghost town. There was at least 2 days of mid-day pool maintenance. We really appreciated having the elevator in the unit -- at move-in and move-out.

This unit comfortably accommodated 10 with plenty of bedroom, dining, and relaxing inside or on patio space. Could possibly use more chairs on patio.

Only problem, with the condo, and we reported this when we turned in keys, was a water leak in the top/rear of the refrigerator -- probably a condensation problem. In the course of the week, the leak generated about 1 gallon of condensation. When we arrived we found a large bowl catching the water. Once we understood that we should empty the bowl, we emptied it 2-3 times, and it didn't catch everything. Reported at departure, and it seemed they would get right on it.

We love Cape San Blas. We love the quietness (though that is beginning to get busier). It is one of the better beach commutes from Atlanta, so we will definitely be back again.

Our family of 10 had a great time at Turtle Walk Retreat. The management was friendly, courteous, and helpful; they handled our only complaint quickly and efficiently. Would have given 5 stars except the tub drains did not work properly until after repairman visited. We also had a problem with the icemaker leaking but that problem occurred the last day so we just reported at checkout. The sofa was a bit worn but furniture otherwise was nice, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating. Beds were very comfortable. I would suggest a short hose outside to make feet cleanup easier after beach time.

We loved our time at Turtle Walk Retreat! Only 220 steps to the beach! Plenty of space for our family of 9. The staff at Coastal Joe's was very helpful.

Overall a great experience. Property was not cleaned very well upon arrival though. Floors had not been properly swept and bathrooms could have used a little more attention.

Recommend porch furniture for each level.

This place could be super nice, BUT:
1. 2nd floor porch not accessible
2. No furniture on 3rd floor porch
3. 4th floor porch had one useable chair and a table
4. Carpet has lots of cleaner residue and needs to be steam cleaned.

Our family of ten stayed at this location. It was wonderful. The bedrooms are separated just enough for privacy (2 on each floor). The common area was great for gatherings. The beach was perfect, clear water, and lots of shells. Sunsets were amazing. Pool was refreshing after time at the beach. I would recommend a cart to carry items to the beach. You are able to leave umbrellas and chairs at the beach each night. The grocery is about 30 minutes away. There was a grill but half way through grilling the propane tank ran out. It would have been nice to know this. Elevator was nice for carrying big loads. I will definitely return to this location.

Over all the unit was very nice. It appeared that no one had been their in a while. The hot water heater was turned off when we got their. Hot water heater Seemed to be turned down very low with a place that has 5 bathrooms. Hot water ran out quick. Garbage disposal did not work and a door in the Kitchen was open and no way to close it?. A lot of water damage can be seen on all the doors to the patio's and doors are very hard to close. But still a very nice place and yes I would stay their again. Loved the area and the resort.

We loved the unit and its location. A couple of suggestions: The elevator in the unit was closed and locked - unaccessable. It should not be advertised as having an elevator if guests will not be able to use it. Also, for a house that sleeps 10, the kitchen supplies (number and size of available pots and pans, etc.) make it hard to cook for 10.

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Walk. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who would like to have a great place to stay with a price that is more than fair. We plan to stay there again!
