BooTiki is pet friendly, with an additional Pet Fee, so bringing the “fur babies” makes this home even more perfect for your family adventure. You'll also love that all of the balconies on the home are screened! This home was specifically designed for wheel chair accessibility on all levels! We were looking forward to our family beach trip this year and Bootiki did not disappoint. Our family loved the house and the location is spot on. A very short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all because the house is in a private cul-de-sac. The private pool was a big hit with the grandkids and was a perfect size. We will definitely be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at BooTiki. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the group at Coastal Joe.
Botiki was clean and convenient with an elevator and plenty of parking. It has balconies where we enjoyed the sea breeze. Perfect white sugar sand beach just a short walk away. It comes with access to a nature walk pier to view fish and wildlife. We will book again when we can get our group together. We loved our stay. The only negative is a power junction that partially blocks that beach access. We definitely want to stay again.
