  We love Indian Pass. We have stayed in this unit for 2 years and the front for three years. There is one big ticket maintenance item that needs attention before our return next year. The rental agency was very responsive to our needs.

  the one item that became an issue was the trash. the (outside) trashcan was nearly full when we arrived. Since we were sharing a duplex with a large family, trash disposal quickly became an issue. We were also lacking empty trash bags and basic cleaning supplies for inside. However, these issues were minor and would not adversly affect our choice of a vacation rental next time.
