"Coastal Joe" was very accomodating considering our stay was short notice and only for a weekend. The sign in/check out was without issue (except my husband left the key in the wrong box-sorry). The area is wonderful due to the lack of crowds. We have made a total 180 from going to busy parks to total solitude - and yes with four kids in tow! I would recommend Coastal Joe Vacations to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and great service.
Had an absolutely wonderful time! We were sad vacation was over. Would definitely love to do it again and would definitely stay at the Seaside Serentiy again.
The house was very nice and spacious and close to the beach. It had a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
A very comfortable and well-equipped rental, good beds, soft couches, lots of books and jigsaw puzzles. Outside the yard is fairly scruffy, the screens and screen-doors need repairing and repainting, the actual approach is rather rough. Very close to the beach, very quiet (except for splendid birds). We enjoyed the restfulness, despite the 32 degree temperatures and blustery winds.
The home was very nice and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to make themselves at home and enough privacy for the kids to not aggravate each other - too much. Everything that we needed was there. I did think one of the advertisment photos was a bit misleading. There was no board walk that we could use to access the beach. The one next to the house belonged to someone else and they had a no trespassing sign on it right by our house. There was a public beach access a short walk down the street and the beach was beautiful. The water was not as clear as in some places (ie. cape san blas) but it was excellent for fishing.
Our first house rental.A great experience. This area is very secluded and very private. Most of our stay we could not see another soul on the beach. Really enjoyed the privacy.
We found the inside of the house very nice and extremely clean. The inside was very homey compared to the outside which looked a little run down. The Gulf view was almost non existent and the walk to the beach was a little overgrown. That being said the beach was quiet and wonderful. The Coastal staff was very informative and more than willing to help. I would recommend getting the cable fixed as we had no entertainment during the down hours inside the house. I would definitely stay in the area again.

We had a wonderful time at Seaside Serenity in Indian Pass. The house was very comfortable and we pretty much enjoyed having the beach to ourselves! It was especially nice being able to take our little dog, Mabel. She had the best time and we all left there laid-back and relaxed. Thanks!
The only complaint we have is that the house is for sale and they showed it without our permission while we were vacationing.
The rental managers were AWESOME! I think that is what made the stay worth it. Allison was very helpful with any questions I had for her and even after arriving after hours, she treated us great and helped us get to our rental. Thanks so much!!!! Venetian blinds were in VERY poor condition in one of the bedrooms. They weren’t working because someone had forced them open and the hardware was all messed up. The screen on the slider, at the back of the house, was junk. There were baby beatles getting in to the house from the rear slider as well…kind of disgusting. I think the rental was a bit overpriced for those few problems we experienced. It was a nice home, could use some TLC in those areas, and I would probably rent it again if the bug problem was at least fixed.
The view of the ocean is pretty much blocked by trees and huge bushes. Maybe some trimming of the tops of the bushes would be helpful. Some screen repair and screening under the floor of the screened in porch would be helpful for the bugs that come out at night. Complete blinds would also be nice for privacy. The house is decorated beautifully and comfortably. We did not feel like we were away in a strange place. The kitchen was completely supplied with anything we could possibly want. Hope the new owners will be renting out also. We would like to come back again next year. It was the perfect place to relax. Thank you. Sarmite & Tom
The Staff at Coastal Joes makes any vacation in their properties wonderful as they attend to any problems you may have in a timely manner and are so helpful about everything, they make you feel they truly care about your business. The house is in a quite area with a short walk to the uncrowed wide sand and shelled beach, a beautiful place to escape the rat race.
This is a very nice property that is located about 200 yards from the water front. It has private beach access via a boardwalk. It appears to be a secure location. We left most of our beach items at the end of the boardwalk and no one messed with it. There's a lot of open beach space and great fishing. The house is wonderful...large bedrooms, roomy kitchen, wireless internet, built in grill.
Very nice stay at this location. Quiet and peaceful when we were there. Loved to sit out on the porch and take long walks. Appreciated a'dog' house very much. If you do go, be very careful of the cactus - no barefooted children; pets off driveway or pavement under house. That was the only negative - everything was fantastic!
The porch was in disrepair. The gulf view was non-existent. But we loved the location and lack of neighbors
All the creature comforts and easy access to beach. Management was extremely helpful.
