The gulf facing private pool is among BooTiki’s most popular features and can be heated for an additional cost. Enjoy a swim any time of day! Step right into the foyer and conveniently access an elevator that services all floors. BooTiki is pet friendly, with an additional Pet Fee, so bringing the “fur babies” makes this home even more perfect for your family adventure. You'll also love that all of the balconies on the home are screened! This home was specifically designed for wheel chair accessibility on all levels! Parking Capacity: 4-5 vehicles. Vehicles are not allowed to block the street. BooTiki has enough space to park a boat.
